This is because it brings together great icons and talents of Brazilian and American music in one place.
The project features a brilliant new international singer, Alexandra Jackson, collaborating with some of the world's largest and most prominent producers and musicians.
These artists gathered to repaginate and present the classics of Brazilian music in an innovative way.
Thus, this work pays homage to the legacy of Brazilian music and its icons, offering a way forward for music.
The album has participations of legendary musicians, who have already left us or who still brighten the Brazilian musical scene.

The year 2017 marked the 100th anniversary of Samba.
Now, we have just passed the 50th anniversary of Bossa Nova being the most popular song in the world.
Therefore, there is no more propitious moment to honor the great legacy of Brazilian music, as well as celebrate its bond and importance in world music.
"Alexandra Jackson: Legacy & Alchemy" includes a lot of Bossa Nova and Samba classics in Rio de Janeiro, Los Angeles, London, New York and Atlanta and sung in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

TWO CDS WITH THE PROPOSAL TO REPREASE IMMORAL SONGS
In this way, the different languages of Brazilian music come to life in the interpretation of Alexandra in the 24 tracks of the album recorded for the project Legacy & Alchemy.
In two CDs, songs like "Dona Ivone Lara", "Anjo de Mim" by Ivan Lins, "Corcovado" by Tom Jobim, among many others, are presented with the Brazilian essence and a special touch of the interpreter American.
Each with an in-depth history as context, which re-launches the country's rich musical legacy as a contemporary force.

RIO DE JANEIRO RECEIVES PROJECT LAUNCH OF APRIL 30!
On April 30, at the Teatro Rival, the launch of this new work takes place.
Proposed on the International Jazz Day, the American star and great guests take the stage for an event that is worthy of what Rio de Janeiro deserves.
Alexandra Jackson, producers Robert Hebert and Larry Williams, and the entire team of Brazilian musicians promise a memorable performance.
Among them, Arthur Maia, Teo Lima, Pretinho da Serrinha, André Siqueira, Marco Brito, Joao Castilho, Marcelo Martins and Jessé Sadoc will celebrate the date and honor the legendary guests of the album.
